k&n filter

has anyone bought a k&n filter 4 there versa. i've bought them 4 my other cars b4 and noticed fuel/performance increases. just wondering if anyone out there has gotten one yet. So far 1500 miles on car(almost 2 wks old) best gas milage was 34.44 mpg w/no engine mods. Car:versa s w/4speed transmission.

Haven't bought one yet, will when the OEM one needs replacing. Do think they breathe better than stock and like the one time $40-$50 as opposed to the dealer charging you $10-$12 for OEM one every other oil change or so.

i think its worth 50 bucks bcause ut never needs replacing,just keep the ome filter that way you have a spare when it comes time to clean filter. anyway my exp. w/k&n has been good. ex: had 1994 mits galant mpg went from 20pmg to 24-25mpg,maxima 22mpg to 24-26mpg & gave a little more ump to it. traded maxima & put filter n2 r quest a little more ump & went from 18.1 to 19.5mpg(mostly city stop&go driving). so as soon as i can find parts store that has it n stock i'll probably get one.
