K&N filter

it's late, and I'm tired, so here it is:

I've been looking to get a k&n cone filter and make a custom intake. questions are: 1.)I went to autozone and looked at a filter, how the hell does it attach to the pipe? do I just slide it on and wait for it to fall off? or do I bust out a hot glue gun?2.)I've read people have had problems with the oil from the filter coating the maf and what not. I've also read that people have had no such problems. wait... this isn't a question. no, here it is: if this does happen, how do I clean my maf off?

1) T fipk or fuel injection performance kit, will bolt up to the maf, its all inside the box2) apply the oil after u have taken the filter off3) i just got my sr, and if the knn cant be modded to work ill sell u the filter, ive only had it for like 3 months and they last forever

Actually K&N suggests that you not re-clean the element more than 10 times.
