How does the supercharger feel? Have you changed any parts of your car in order for it to handle the stresses on the transmission and engine? How is the reliability with your car? How much more power can I get with a revv up engine?

What type of upgrade did you get for the supercharger? How many ponies are you getting out of it? How is your gas mileage with the supercharger? Did you tune it or dyno it after installation?

I need your assistance with this as I am beginning to think that installing a Vortech is inevitable for me.

I too have been waiting to see an update from K_Mech7. I figured he got pissed when his install thread was hijacked into yet another turbo vs. supercharger debate.

im sorry i havent been on very reliable l8ty. i am in the process of moving from san diego to chicago. im in the us navy so sometimes its hard.

i love the vortech supercharger. i think that the centrifugal supercharg is a lot better than the stillen. it has the best of both worlds(turbo and supercharging) it is basicly a belt driven turbo.

i have done many things to my car in order to help it handle the stress. i have gone through 1 transmisions(before the supercharger) nad 1 transmission after. i am now on a fully built race transmision. this baby has 25% more cluch packs, machined valve body(im at) and fully cooled. i went to Speed Force Racing in santee, ca for this.

I also have upgraded the fuel system too. the fuel system you get from vortech is nice for a while but i sugest just removing the inline fuel pump and FMU(fuel manegment unit) you get from them and going with a walbro 255 and 440cc injectors. just easier and better fuel constant pressure.

if you are very interested in doing some stuff like this let me know by sending me a direct e-mail and give me your number and we can just talk about and questions you may have.

i am pulling about 390 to the wheels now....i am about to hit the 400 mark this winter when i get to the cams.

my gas milage sucks because i have a lead foot. if you drive normaly though you wont notice much diff. the highway is about the same.

anyone else that has quetions let me know!!

also it is very reliable. i havent had any major issues. deffinatly get a good set of gages. i am running EGT(exhast gas temp) oil pressure, and boost. i also recomend getting a fuel pressure gage.

just e-mail me directly....best option.
