JX35 missing piece

Can any of you JX35 owners send me a pic of what the foot rest in the drivers floor should look like? Mine has 4 holes in the carpet like there is a pad or mat missing. Checked with my dealer and online and I can't seem to locate a diagram showing this particular part.

I cannot figure out how to send you a pic. There is a grooved rubber plate on the left side (U.S.) of the driver's side floor.
