Hello! Need to remove middle seats...is there a specialty commercial tool required? Seat Fixture Kit?

Hello, it looks like in the FSM (can be found on this site), the middle-row seat removal process is documented on page SE-126.

I have the manual for my 2016 but I imagine it's largely the same as the 2013.
