So, i am about to start ordering parts for my build consisting of gt2871r, JWT s3 cams, MSD 72 lb injectors, z32 mafs, etc. I am still kinda torn on what top mount fuel rail to buy however. Both the JWT and JGY are comparable in price and both can fit MSD 72 lb injectors. Basically what I'm wondering is which has better fitment? Quality? Flow? which do you guys feel is the better buy? Thanks!

Nope, top feed is a huge plus when you're going to be around 400 hp. You want all the flow you can get with that kind of output. But yeah, im kinda surprised no one has any input yet.

Bump. I searched for a long time with no results. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Probably no difference. If you want you could get their bore diameters and buy the one with the biggest bore.
