JWT tuned s14 sr tomei 740's z32 MAF

Ok so I got the ecu back from JWT and hooked it up and started the car and I got few problems. The idle is high like at 2000 so i set the IACV and its maxed out to low, after I set it, the idle is at 950rmp...vac is at 20 oil press is fine, timing is set at 19* did a boosk leak test and passed. When I drove the car it runs nice and spulls like it should (not flooring it) But when i drove oi and when just pressed the gas a lil bit the rpm go up the 2k and get stuck there for a sec or 2 and then drop down.Also when ideling the motor will run fine one second and then will like missfire for a few and then be good again for a sec???

Can you please help me out guys, I Already ran out of ideas on what it could be that is bugging my sr..Thanks in advance!
