JWT & S-AFC

Figured I would ask this over here, since there aren't many turboed sentras running around in my section.

I have a JWT ECU programmed for 370inj/4bar fuel/bored MAF. Thinking about just getting a S-AFC to tune for the 50lb injectors I just picked up. What, if any, problems would I have using a S-AFC with JWT computer? Logic tells me it should be very feasible, but then again, my logic plays tricks on me sometimes.
