From what I found it was 30mm in the front and 33mm for rear. I wouldn't worry about the fender gap so much, after awhile the car sets into them, It is no where near as bad as it used to be, I would still maybe drop it, but I want to try a different tire size first

thx lbc and thank you blancs for the idea and for your help!!! and yah, the gap isn't really noticeable in person...i would say about the same gap i had on my stocks...i'm still gonna drop em though...40s are just crazy expensive...like 50 dollars jump..

btw blancs...did u have rust on your rotors or the hats? coz i did...really bad...thought bout having em painted coz i don't have the equipment... but i just brushed the hats with a stainless brush and some w40...

hey im new to the forum. I was just wondering because i want to get the gunmetal g35 rims, but where did you get the Nissan rim caps from? Because I would want to put those on too

those pop right out from your stock ones, you would have to paint them though to match the gunmetal.

as for the rust I didn't ,but I've heard from other people that using spray on tire and rim cleaner puts rust on your hats. Also if they use a lot of salt on the roads during winter, but i dont think that effects you being from CA. Maybe saltwater though... anyways rust color on your rotors can happen just from washing your car, just get in and drive it and using the brakes will clean that off.

The only thing though is like RPx, i have a 2.5 and it came with steel wheels, so i don't have any stock rims. could i just order the rim caps straight through Nissan?

to jussy: i had steel wheels with hub caps as well.. bought my center caps cheap on ebay for 15 dollars but since you're getting gun metal, like blancs said, you're gonna have to paint em..

to blancs: so do u have any visible rust or non at all? the rust i speak of prolly came from washing the car myself.. it was really ugly because i could see even from afar.. it was like rich orange rust color..good thing it was only surface rust...

No, I got it at Santa Monica because they were the only ones who had the car the way I wanted. I go to Glendale for the car services but they really suck so I don't think I'm going back there.
