the only problem i have so far are the brake lines and the power steering resevoir also if some one can explain exactly what reclocking the turbo is that would help alot

this is about how the turbo would sit if i left it the way i got it but if i put a 90 degree elbow for intercooler pipe it would hit that side wall and and kink the elbow if anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks

Clocking means rotating the Compressor housing in the direction that you need it to face... for instance in yoru pictures i would clock it about 90 deg to the down postion so it doesnt risk hitting your strut tower all the time... but its up to you how you want to do it... ?

make sure you rotate that center section so the oil return hole is facing directly down, no way the oil would drain with it like that (pic in the 2nd post)

clocking the turbo is just rotating the housings to fit the way you want. you can loosen both the turbine and compressor housing bolts to be able to rotate the center section as needed.

should i lock tite the bolts when i reclock it? if so what color should i use?

I would, any high temp lock tight will work.
