happend here, and with cops chasing behind the guy at slow speed, it was surreal.

And he takes out the Fire hydrants and flower shops!? Anyway the damage looks more like a tank wiped out some of those cars. The truck must have been picking up a high speed in between colllisions. Most of the cars were moved hella far from where they began. That 240 really looks the worst, back and front damage, left side, right side thrown up on a parking meter also.
