As a track/show car? They are illegal to import for street use. If you are trying to get a track/show car, we'd need more details on what exactly you are looking for. If you're trying to register it, you won't be able to import it.

To legally import a car into Canada that is not made to CMVSS (Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards), the car must be at least 15 years old, which the R34 is not. You can import an R32 legally though.
