im plannin to get racing seats for my i30 and wondering if i remove the OEM seats will it remove the seat belt buckle cause i dont want harnesses

The seat belt receiver does anchor to the seat, yes.

I'm pretty sure you can get racing seat brackets that let you remount the stock belt receiver on with the new seats, though.
