Nope.The VQ has been around since long before the partnership with Renault.

Top Gear is known to be wrong. Also if you haven't noticed they tend to be pretty biased against anything non-European, at least in jest.

Renault does import the GIGANTIC 3.5 from Japan for use in Vel Satis and Espace minivan.

That´s great info! Soooo hard to find a VQ here, 350Z is rare and no Infinity´s.

Any other cars using the VQ?
