Nice trade-in

Welcome to NICO

My first suggestion is to get a clear bra on the bumper at least. Beneath the white paint it's black....

Great job on the trade! Welcome to nico!Sewell is one place I'd like to go. One of the Top 5 dealers in the USA. Looks like you got everything but the ICC. Plan any performance or visual mods to it?

Welcome To Nico!

+1 On the Clear Bra. Whites a beautiful color and it needs to stay that way.

Yeah.....I have a couple of chips around my headlights, where the clear bra does not cover it, that I need to touch up. The only other chips on the car are around the front wheel well and that is not black like the bumper cover is so you don't notice them.

I have the 2-stage Infiniti touch-up paint for the car (white pearl base with separate clear) and just need to do it.

Very very nice. I know you are proud.

First thing I would do is take some Goo-Gone and dental floss to that dealer emblem and replace that license plate frame with just a plain black one.

+1 on these. Other than that sweet ride.

May I ask the reason for the quick trade?

Sems to be you were not satisfied with the Accord.

Thanks so much guys. I had more rattles than a rattle box, flickering headlights when A/C came on every 13 sec.s, brakes squeeled at 3500 miles on a new car, rear deck speaker was shaking itself loose from the car and numerous other headaches in the 09 Accord. Needless to say do not even approach that car!!!

As for the clear bra. What would be a fair price for it?

Welcome to NICO!!

There are 2 "camps" on the clear bra/repaint idea.

1. A clear bra will cost $$ upfront, but will help the bumper last longer. The lines can be noticeable and some will turn yellow after years in the sun. (get what you pay for)

2. Repaint after you have chips/scratches. This is the way I went and I'm happy with the results. A good paint shop will blend so you won't be able to tell it was painted. The non-OEM paint is more durable too. Cheaper in the long run.

A few questions for ya

1- Is it a 6 speed manual2- It appears you have Navigation & if so does the CD player hold 6 CD's or only one?3- Have you used Bluetooth yet & if so how is it?4- Have you had a chance to use an I Pod yet & if so are you happy with it5- Did you lease or purchase & how did the negotiations go?

I love the white but have never been a fan of the infinti wheat interior...

I like the tan but i hate the dark tan on the upper part of the dash! If it was black it would be much better! IMHO

Yeah I missed looking at the shift lever & the P on the dash

My eye was focused on the Navigation and the rest of the dash.

I've also been called worse things than just old

1. No.2. 9.3GB HD records any CD you play so no need for a changer. 3. Bluetooth is amazingly clear and easy to use. 4. Iphone/Ipod connector was fantastic. The song list goes on display as soon as you hook it up! Sound quality is the same as my original CD's. Can't wait to use the compact flash card for music.5. Purchasing. Had to do long and boring negotiations to break even on the trade in then use the incentives from Infiniti to get as much under invoice as I could. Overall considering I was trading in a new car it all went pretty well.

The nav system is not as featureful as the Honda/Acura system but I do not care.. I LOVE THIS CAR!

I had a little trouble with my voice recognition when I first got my car. It couldn't understand my southern accent.

I have kinda the same problem with mine, but it understands my wife on the first try. I guess high voices are what it prefers.

Actually the voice recognition sucks. I'm from the midwest and it gets about every other command wrong. My '06 M was a LOT better.

Nice colors - duplicates mine. I love the Infiniti Wheat interior.

So can you take 6 or more of your favorite CD's prior to leaving for a long drive to copy all of them to 9.3gb hard drive? Can the copying be done quickly?

Are you talking about the Music Box? It will record up to 180 CDs won't it? I love mine. I have about 50 recorded right now. It takes 3-4 minutes to record one.

Yes it's the built in HD for recording any type of music. My question is: Can you put the car in ACC mode in the garage and keep putting CD's in to record every so many minutes? Also does the system have to be playing the CD over the speakers while recording or you can just do it while listening to XM?

So far I've gotten a couple CD's in while driving to work and back.

Yes....you can record in ACC, no you can't listen to XM, you have to listen to the CD.

Make sure you keep your cell phone away. Someone called me one time when I was recording a CD. It didn't mess up my recording, but I had to walk far into the house to get the car and the phone to unsinc and by then I was really tickled. Too much technology!
