my passenger window fell into the door. it wasnt working for a while. and it would only let me go halfway up by hand. it seemed like it was getting stuck on something. ne ways. some one leaned on it and it went completely in. i wanna remove the door panel to fix it but i cant get the damn thing off without having the feeling that i am gonna break something. usuallt the panels snap off after a removel of a couple of screws. but thats the problem where are they and why deosnt the panel snap off?? ne one removed the passenger door panel before.

Just see page BF-18 here: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Q45/1994_Q45/bf.pdf

Use a power drill with a long drill bit to get the motor out and try your best not to strip the screws because there a ***** to remove.

Or just remove the window regulator to and remove the motor on a bench where its easier to work on.

I remove the are rest, Just pull it back.

Then remove the seat controls with a flat head screw driver carefully.

Remove all the screws you can find (there should be 3).

Then pull up from the bottom of the door panel, don't worry if everything above is removed then you have nothing to worry about Just don't pull it 5 feet out because the door light is still there and unplugged.

When the door panel is removed then unplug the door light.

To remove the window motor FIRST STEP IS lower the window half to 3/4 of the way down so you can remove the motor easier.

Don't know about ne one but it has been done and there are old posts about it.

Try the 1994 as it is similar enough if your car doesn't have it's bible FSM.

make sure that the top of your door panels alinged correctly putting it back on...theres a metal slotted section across the top inside the panel slides down on door frame.I tweeked it on my first door panel repair.

yeah, you need to slide the door panel down the window in order for that lip to sit on top of the door...

When you put it back don't just push it lift if and make sure the top hooks onto the door.Once hooked a line it and then start to push it back. Then screw they back together.

Quick reminder as what i have experienced I had to remove the windows switch from the cover to get it out.

Here's a nice guide with pictures to help you get the door cover off. Your problem is probably just the regulator, not the motor itself. My guess is that the binding wires finally snapped.

http://www.carstereohelp.com/s...e.htm

While you're waiting for the new regulator to arrive, I have found that pushing the window back up by hand and then clamping it up on the regulator slider (you'll understand this more when you see it) with a pair of vice grips works nicely. Way better than tape residue on the window frame.
