Ditto on the welcome, and ditto on the door conversion.

Search the forum for AZ's coupe door conversion thread. Also, I have pics in my project thread too (check my signature).

If you feel comfortable with vert doors and seat belts, no need to do the conversion. Some people want to get rid of seat belt pillars. Anyway, no need to panic. You gently put those center fabric piece back on and use glue gun on the back panel to hold it in place. I did that to mine and it's been holding up for years now.

Just any old glue gun? It doesn't seem like that stuff would hold it very well...

Staples should still be there, so you put the panel back on like it was before(each staple to matching hole) , tap it a little bit, and seal it with glue gun from the back. Yes, a glue gun that you can find in any hobby store. You can try with different types of glue if you want, but no one's gonna kick the panel, so good old glue gun's been working just fine for me.
