Just took delivery!

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Just took delivery of my EX. Got it pretty well loaded — premium, nav, tech, lux style, roof rails, crossbars, mud flaps and the cargo protector. Sticker was $45,675, paid $41,352 plus taxes/tags. Platinum graphite with stone interior. It was not my first choice in terms of color (wanted the graphite interior), but it was tough to find one with the tech package in the color I wanted. The dealer had this one on the lot, and gave me what I felt was a decent price (plus free service for 2 years, free oil changes for the life of the car, and free annual interior/exterior detailing), so it’s now parked in my garage.

So far, it has been an absolute hoot to drive! Looking forward to an extended trip in a couple of weeks to put some quality time in behind the wheel.

At the moment, faced with the task of reading all the manuals.....

So you paid $200 under invoice, plus free oil change and detailing for life? Outstanding. Suddenly my brokers hard work doesn't look so good.
