No question I like the car alot...I think the reason I'm wasn't completely jacked about is the color, which is very nice, but I'd prefer the car in black...although I know I can't be took picky since it's used. And the fact that I was trying to enjoy the test drive while I was making small talk with the sales rep took a bit away from the experience as well. I told the guy (very nicely) that I'd be back to drive it again...by myself.zozoka1212 wrote:Welcome to nico,
if you did not fall in love with the G right away than that car is not for you. I would pick a WRX or EVO maybe GTI. Those would suit you more. I think.
About the price.
Not the best that's for sure.
Zozo
Very good to know. I told the rep I was looking for an '05...I'm fairly certain their price on the 04 will come down.joe603 wrote:My advice would be to get the newest model you can afford. The 05-07 coupes have less problems than 03-04 years. You'll never look at a honda again!
glad to hear that. From what you were saying it sounded like you don't really want the car. But I am glad that's not the case.revto8k wrote:

Would never consider the Subie or Mitsu and VW's scare the hell out of me. Good to know about the price. Thanks!
Ha! I think your pic just sealed it for me!grantman240z wrote:Black was near impossible for me to locate when I was shopping around...let alone the fact that 90% of all the G's listed were automatics =(.
Wait for a color you like...color is one of the hardest things to change about the vehicle and there's nothing worse than walking up to your car everyday and thinking, "Man, I wish it was black."
Black is yummy
It's not an Infiniti dealership, but a used car dealership that pretty much carries only higher-end brands. They had a red auto on the lot a couple weeks ago but someone bought it...I wouldn't buy red anyway. That's a hell of a price you got!AaronJP wrote:I came across my 03 Caribbiean Blue Coupe...
Didn't want Black: Too hard to keep clean, shows every scracth.White: This would have been my 3rd white car, Im tired of white.Gray: Its so blah....Red: Too bright...looks too sporty.I had to get that hot blue.I got my for 21,9k OTD!!! with 18,100 Miles on the odo.
What other colors did they offer?

Having to chat with the sales guy during the test drive really kept me from being able to get "dialed in" driving it. I hate that! If I'm by myself I can really focus on the details.zozoka1212 wrote:Black, black, black
oh boy- oh boy love black.

The correct answer would have been "...I wouldn't buy auto anyway" LOL as far as the color goes...my decision was between black and white. I got the white and love it, but black is soo sexy too.revto8k wrote:They had a red auto on the lot a couple weeks ago but someone bought it...I wouldn't buy red anyway.
I did have a friend that got me in trouble with a black cobra coupe.....I could always blame you, zozo!!! You don't mind do you!zozoka1212 wrote:Hey Svt you know you what would be cool for the 1000 th post. To post a picture of your new black 07 coupe. Shiny and hmmm....zozo
That's awesome poor dude probably had his pants full at the end.SVTCOBRA wrote:zozo, I did the same thing to a salesman when I test drove a used viper! we took it out and he wanted me to stay in the 35 mph zones. I told him we needed to take it down the highway. He said he didn't know if we could. I told him 'oh, yes we can!' Evidently, he was new to our country! (I think he said he was from Iran. Nice guy!!)As we started down the ramp he was babbling about his 5 or 6 kids and how he needed a sale. I nailed it and he shut up! When I got it into third, I told him 'Sorry, what were you saying?', he said 'just drive Mr. Richard' and was holding on for life!!
You know me I take it.SVTCOBRA wrote:

One day I might part with my past and my sedan and get a coupe!
