I told him I was between the axle back and the full catback for my car (2.5). He told me I "Wouldn't really feel the dif" between the axle back and the full cat-back. He said the full Cat-back might make 2-3 more horses and that really wouldn't do much. Opinions please!! I am going to purchase this week!

You're not going to feel a new exhaust system on your car with the "butt dyno." Get what sounds the best to you - that's the idea behind getting a new exhaust system. Without allowing more flow through by removing CAT's or increasing the piping, you can't really gain all that much, or at least enough for you to feel while driving.

My opinion is that you need another thread asking opinions on cat-backs vs. axle-backs. Complete the trilogy!

But seriously, get the axle-back. Put the $240 towards something else.

There has to be a triple digit amount of threads on this forum asking the exact same question. Go with the technical advice of STILLEN. If you want sound go with axle back, if you want to gain a tiny amount of juice, go with cat back.
