Went from an 89 with a blown sohc to a rebuilt 93 dual cam. The harness is an auto harness I believe.

Anyway. Went to start it, and there is no spark or fuel. I know the timing is good cuz it was pulled out of my 93. Also already re-timed it. tested at the coil and no arcing, same goes for the plugs to the valvecover. No spark at all.

Also, there is no fuel. None to the rails, an no pump noise.

Grounds are good. The body harness is wired correctly and is soldered.

Checked the fuses in the engine bay. They are good.

All parts came off of a running dual cam car.

there are two big cannon plugs behind the motor. one is red one is grey. Are they auto transmission plugs? Also, there is a black plug near the TPS and coolant temp sensor plug. It's rectangular like the MAF plug. Any clue?
