Everything looks great. Now for some reason my brake light on my dash is on even though my ebrake is down. I put everything in where they are suppose to be. It took me 2 1/2hrs to get it all done. Thats because I've never done this before. Can anyone help?

Check your brake fluid. The light stays on when you are running low. Hopefully thats all it is.

ya but since you were messing with the dash it only makes sense that you accidentally did something to the wire that controls that little brake light on your dash

I had time today to fiddle with it. I know its not the gauge cluster, because when I was pulling the e brake somehow the light went off. And I thought I fixed it but it came back again. A few people said its the e brake sensor. I tried to fiddle with that too but it didn't work. I did check the brake fluid it is a tad low but nothing too bad for the light to go off.

im wondering if the e-brake switch connector is not making proper contact (try slightly bending the tabs) or the switch is faulty... good luck

would that connector be the same as the sensor he said he messed with already? if not then yes give that a try but if it is the same thing i think it might be a wire having to do with the e-brake that came loose somewhere when putting in the new dash that is making a connection every so often

Probably forgot to plug in the harness for the ebrake sensor when you pulled down the center console to get the dash out. Or perhaps, you damaged the wire somehow. Take a look there.
