Okay, just got through getting my swap done and I have a problem that I can't track down. So, I start the car, drive to wherever and it runs fine. No dying at idle, sputtering, ect. I do my business, go to get back in the car and it will not start. Somehow it floods itself. So, If I pop the hood and pull the Fuel Pump Relay, start the car just long enough to let the gas burn out, put the relay back in, the car will start fine. This is driving me crazy. The mods I have are FMIC,DP,TP,Exhaust,Elbow and Walbro Fuel Pump. There has been one disaster after another with this project. So, anybody have an Idea? I don't think the injectors are leaky, and I don't have an 02 sensor. Thanks everybody. BTW, its a Redtop SR20DET.

Special thanks to Nismofreak for getting me a new password.

I would definetely pull the fuel rail and make sure that you don't have a leak.

Yeah, I will do that. Supposedly the shop that did the swapped checked that already but I will double check. What else could it be?

Okay, I just got back from pulling the fuel rail and seeing if the Injectors leak when I turn the key to the a.c.c position, and they don't. What else should I check?

get a fuel pressure gauge and hook it up to your fuel inlet hose. you should be operating between 40psi-45psi of pressure. If it's out of that range, the FPR is bad.

You need to turn the key to the ON position, not the ACC position. Personally I would also do it with the fuel pressure gauge hooked up so that you know you have good pressure when you do it.

My bad, I did have the key in the on position, basically I had it turned to the very last notch before the car starts. So, I guess I will get the fuel pressure gauge to see my pressure. I might be getting too much pressure because I can def see the lines building when I turn the Key on.

Okay, I pulled the Fuel Pressure Regulator off and it did have a small dent underneath. Could this be the culprit? I have yet to check PSI, I have to buy the gauge. Thanks.
