Just some random VH swap trans info

To some this may be useless info but to me it help out alot as far as figuring out what to do about the transmission issue. Let me explain like most out you guys I want a M/T but think about it if the KA trans was bolted on a VG and VG trans was bolted on the VH that tell me the bolt patterns are not that far off. Now I' am 99.9 percent sure the bolt pattern is different considering these trans have removable bell housing but I figure with a VH bell housing, PROPER measurements and good welding skills I will have my trans.

P.S. I know about the adapter kits, I just to take a different route

I can't remember where but it was maybe 2 years ago I have seen Nissan bellhousings welded, what you are talking about currently. Easiest would be buying an adapter plate unless you have the weld skill to weld cast aluminum.
