one of the nicest z31's. looks best without the bra and the nissan on there. besides that and the mesh grille, it looks great. good to see a nice z31.

Thanks! Mesh grill is gone and the bra is only on for road trips or racing. This was racing. Nissan graphics remains. Front mount intercooler is in place now. New wheels & other upgrades are in progress.

I am getting Boyd Coddington Smoothie II18x8 front and 18x10 rear

Very clean Z31! Although the "Nissan" down the side is not my taste, you seem to like it and that is all that matters! Nice ride!

Thanks for the compliment. I did the graphics cuz I've had lots of Zs & had never done anything like that before. I do like them though I will likely not put them on again if I ever need to have the car painted again.

It's kinda hard to tell what they are going to look like with it Jacked up. I like the width of those alot! Be sure and post up some pics after its finished and outside.

Gorgeous Z Mark! Lovin the new wheels.

I'm in Vegas right now btw, but will be leaving hopefully come Sunday. If I get some free time I'll give you a holler! The trips been packed with work to my old BMW 533i up until today... we'll see how she goes

Mark- If I'm not mistaken, thats the hood / bumper / headlights off of an 87-89 Z? Is it? What made you make the change?

Actually it looks like that whole front end has the 87-89 body styling.

???

(Also, I used to drive an 88 N/T.. thats why it caught my eye)

Edit: I dig that muffler... what is it?

You are correct. It is the front bumper, hood & headlight assemblies off of an 87-89. I always liked the rounded look of the 87-89 fornt end but liked the tailights of the 84-86. I also liked the flared fenders & quarters of the 86-89. So by putting the 87-89 front end on my 86 I have the best of everything. It was a PITA & I would never do it again. But I like it. It isn't quite the easy bolt on that people led me to believe it would be.The cat back exhaust is HKS. Fits & sounds great! Very well made. Not sure it was worth the price though. Living in Vegas, no exhaust would rust out on me. Had I know about them, I would have gotten Certified muffler's system. I bought their down pipe & test pipe recently.
