Just Some Lingering ?'s.......

Hey everyone I have 2 questions that have been running through my head for a while.

1. Can I use this clear coat http://www.autobarn.net/duauspcltopc.html over enamel paint that requires a spray gun? And if I cant then what would be the best clearcoat to use?

2. My dad took my spare hatch to get the spoiler holes welded and 30 min to an hr after he finished my dad said the glass just shattered. I was wondering what caused this to happen and if I could put the hatch on my car and let the insurance company put another glass in?

Just replace it yourself, rather than going through the insurance company. You don't want to give them another reason to raise your rates.

cheaper to replace glass yourself btw i got mine for $50 installed at my house do not go through insurance it will raise your rates and not with it.
