Q45tech has told people so many times that it takes quite a bit of money to restore/maintain a G50 Q45 to a decent level and he wasn't joking. If only I knew then what I know now... . I've done a lot of work to my Q over these last few years, some of you guys have a very good idea how much.

Anyway things are looking better for my Q now that I've done a little more work to it. I must say that my car feels quite a bit better now. The only real major thing I'm missing is a real CONSULT.

Here is a list of some of the parts I replaced:

Front LH Actuator
Front RH Actuator
Front LH + RH Actuator Dust Boots
Rear Control Valve
Mass Air Flow Meter
Throttle Position Sensor
Air Filter
Oil Filter
Mobil 1 Oil
Lubro Moly Pro-Line Engine Flush
Fuel Filter
Red Line SI-1 Fuel Injection Cleaner
Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit
Front LH Brake Caliper
Front LH Brake Rotor
Front RH Brake Rotor
Rear LH Brake Rotor
Rear RH Brake Rotor
Front Brake Pads
Rear Brake Pads
Front Brake Shim Kit
Rear Brake Shim Kit
Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Line Kit (sames as Stillen's)
Valvoline Synthetic Brake Fluid
Front Sway Bar Links (LH and RH) + all new washers, nuts, bushings
Front LH Transverse Link Complete (Ball Joint)
Front RH Outer Tie Rod End
Trunk Cargo Net

There's been a string of unsolved bank robberies (two) in your neck of the woods recently. You're not involved in any way are you Lino?

Have all the parts been installed? How's the Q running? Did you buy all the parts at once or are the purchases spread out over a period of time to lessen the pain? IOS or a Canadian stealership? I've got to ask....how much? Tariff?

All the parts you see in the pics are all installed on my car. The Q is running much better now. I still have a few more things to do, it is a Q after all.

The next thing to do is find out why my TPS voltage has to be set lower to idle correctly. It's at 18v instead of 44v. When I set it at 44v the car idles at 1200rpm I think. I'm getting ready to start a thread about that. Now that I have a Consult cable I can run some tests.
