Along with some other stuff i have, jsut waiting for my air intake duct then i can get started on some how to's and my projects :D

What im gonna get done:
shocks/struts- kyb gas-a-just shocks and gr-2 struts
superblue racing fluid and ss steel brakelines
painting my calipers black
new wheel seals and RP grease for the bearings
Hawk LTS pads and DBA rotors comin in
maybe NGK wires, but i think my bosch ones will last a while
maybe new transmission cooler, but have the case of RP MAX ATF and wix filter already

One thing about the brake lines, the steel braid is exposed, there is no PVC covering, is that gonna be a problem once i start trying to hit some trails or with road salt? thanks

Its stainless steel Id assume, so rust nor salt would be a problem. Care to post a pic of the brake line box openned?? Would like to know what that kit comes with

Ive done my rear shocks with GR2's but still need to do the front, any reason why you went with that one?? I was thinking of biting the butlet and geting a spring/shock preassembled combo for the front...

you should just get the gr2 strut, its not too hard to change out the spring and replace the strut mount and bearings, spring shock combos are way mroe expensive and if its from a company liie monroe, i would not trust them with the bearings, after researching strut mount and bearing manufacturers.

thats true its stainless steel, but if dirt or grime works its way through woudlnt that eat away at the hose?
the kit comes with the three lines, new copper washers, bolts, and the fitting for the rear

after you install them if you want to be safe, just get the rubberized black undercarriage spray from advanced auto for like 5$ a can and blast it all down, it will be super protected then, i sprayed my whole undercarriage black where there was rust or exposure to metal, and it looks brand new now, over time from rocks and all a little chips off in some places, but then the following summer i just touch up the spots.

just in case you want to see what the end result looked like or how the spray looks.

hey thanks alot for the idea, while i was picking up silicone spray for my windows, i saw that exact undercarriage spray, ill pick some up nex time. is it durable? like can you hose it with water? i like what you did with yours though, looks brand new haha

Canuck, make sure the ones you buy has the protective PVC coating, i think stillen has them cheap and they come with the coaiting, dont make my mistake haha but the weave is pretty tight, i dont think its gonna be a problem with dirt or mud, so ill keep my set but that undercarriage spray would def seal it up pretty well.

yeah, you are gonna need flare nut wrenches, specially for taking the stock ones off as they round easily, i jsut bought this set from amazon
