Just rebuilt engine and cant get car to start

I have a 91 nissan 24osx manuel 5spd, Its been sitting in my garage for 4 years and last week i rebuilt the engine and can not get the car to start, i put chemtool b12 in with the gas to clean fue lines and injectors, and new spark plugs and wires but cant seem to figure out why the car wont start, and need some help

did you check the grounds are you getting power? is there gas? and spark? does it crank?

if it has been sitting for 4 years your gas is probably no good and you can probably trash that fuel filter too.

Sorry i should have mentioned i dropped the gas tank and cleaned it out and but new fuel in witht the treatment, im gonna disconnect the filter and try and start it and see if i get gas flow, and getting new filter today.

if you do all that and you have gas and spark and it cranks over and all that try turning the dizzy. had the same problem with mine and took acouple trys to get it right be got it to fire up after like 3 trys

check your cam timing man. most engine that cannot start after a rebuild it ends up being their cam timing
