Just random questions...

I've been having problems with my high level headlights... They used to work fine but now when I switch over they don't come on at all. It will just go from low level to off. Is this because of bulbs or a fuse? If so, is there a fuse for that in the dash or under the hood or both? Another thing I wanna ask about is.. my ebrake has been getting weak. What is the best way to go about fixing that? My last issue is that it was cold the other day and I broke the plastic snap on my fuel door... Is anyone parting out a pearl white z32 that has a good one?

I believe there are seperate high beam fuses and relays, take a look at your fuses first thing
