just ran into issue help?

one problem is how do I fix motor mount problem without having to take the motor out from engine hoist? of their isn't easier way I guess just pulling motor will be ***

i put a thick pice of wood under the oil pan and raise it with a jack thats how i did mine but people do it diffrently
