LOL! If you did your research, you would realize its more expensive to find parts for a [not so] "run of the mill truck engine" like the VK compared to an engine with tremendous aftermarket support offered in many different forms and super well known...Joesph R Cooper wrote:Huh? Do you mean fitting the titan in?
money pit. it seems like a good idea in conversation, but in reality, it's a lot of work and a lot of money to pull off. most people will get as far as buying the engine and soon after give up.Joesph R Cooper wrote:V8 Titan + 240 = ?
I mean, yes i've seen it done on g35's and 350z's but, what about a 240?
probably none.breadbox wrote:What toyota 8's have good aftermarket support?
For as long as i known him, he love to fabricate things and since he works on race cars (le Mans style) he has access to the tools and equipment.OutToWinPAHC wrote:The Viper T56 input shaft is long and will need to be machined down most likely. I just hope he ready to machine and fabricate away.
I'm not really interested in after market parts, really more so I'm interested in the fact that I can run to a Nissan dealership and pick up parts, instead of getting used parts flown in from japan for six times retail. I mean it's fairly obvious that the Titan doesn't really have an after market scene.......sooo uh yeah, calm down there Vin DieselDattebayo wrote:
