Welcome to NICO and congrats on the car and on finishing college.

As for what to do, tint and wheels are always a good start. http://www.tirerack.com has a lot of good wheel designs to choose from.

It all depends on what you want to do with it. More power, better handling, bling, ice?

Welcome to NICO, BTW

From a lighting perspective, you can get aftermarket bulbs to match the headlights (PIAA bulbs in the 4100-4300 color range) if you have HIDs. For fogs, you can get similar bulbs or install a HID H3 kit with bulbs in the color range closest to the HIDs.

Welcome aboard, I replied to your e-mail. My first mod was tint for sure and then lowering makes a huge difference, the front gap is nasty!!!

Price range for good tint job? Also Lowering? How low? Will it look ok lowered with just the stock bumper?

Best place to buy the Bulbs/Kit, So they all match up!

Thanks Again!

A good tint job, depending on how dark you're legally allowed to go can cost upwards of $200+

As for lowering with stock front and rear fascias and such, take a look at my sig. I see no problems with my car being lowered and keeping the stock fascias. As a matter of fact, I love the way my bumpers look.

Yeah, but he has a '04

There really are no H3 bulbs that properly match the Maxima HIDs (that I have seen). You would need something between 4150k-4700k. I would look around for H3 bulbs that are somewhere in that range.

Eurolite Fusions are decent bulbs. I have a set of Fusion Crystal XB's for my high beams and high/low beams in the wifes car but they are in the 3800k range which means they are more white than the factory HIDs. They have listed Fustion Crystal SB series which are 4100k range bulbs. If you can find them they may be a good cheap H3 bulb to go with. Just buy two sets as the wifes car has gone through a couple headlight bulbs in the last 3 years (never had to replace them in my high beams)

I was lowered with Eibachs (coilovers now) but from what I hear the Progress springs are really good. They'll give you 1.8" in the front and .75 in the rear. You'll be fine with the stock bumper...Here's a link:http://progressauto.com/store/...d=283

The Lights/Bulbs I am talking about are the ones right next to the main HID Lights....They are yellowish in Color, and do not match the HID's at all....Are these the FOGS? If not what are they?

Is this a tough installation to do yourself? ( take out Stock Bulbs, replace with Bulbs with a Close Match to HID) ?

Also, as for Lowering, is the Springs the only thing I have to Purchase? Also, how to install those? Where?

Thanks Guys

Yes those are the fogs, the best way to get them to match would to do an HID upgrade, here's info:http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=505022

I went with yellow fogs so as to not worry about the match:

As far as a reg. bulb to match best not sure really but the link you posted says "There are a lot of cheaper bulbs on the market, but they aren't as good."But these are only $15? Be careful and don't be afraid to pay a bit more for a quality bulb like PIAA like these:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1

I always run PIAA and have alwasy been happy...

Good luck!
