Owned the 1993 Nissan President for 3 days now. Did a fly 'n drive purchase & drove it 750km home. It didnt use any oil.

Couple of immediate things need taken care of:

1. Starter motor needs replacing, a click sometimes 3x before it will start turning the ignition key (battery is new)
2. Squeal at start up, most likely idle pulley bearings are finished (belts are new & tensioned)

Engine has 178,000 kms, runs beautiful and smooth. There are some strange suspension noises, I will look into Tokico shocks.

Very happy so far for a 30 year old beauty.
