PICTURE #8. SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK. LIKE I SAID BEFORE, THIS TRUCK IS SOLID. THE ONLY THINGS I'VE FOUND WRONG WITH IT ARE: CLUTCH NOT WORKING [HYDRAULIC PROBLEM], WATER PUMP LEAKING, AND THE CARBURATOR CHOKE DOESN'T WORK. SO FAR I HAVEN'T FOUND ANY RUST. I  PRESSURE WASHED THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND THE UNDERBODY, EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD.

It lovely! Fix the few issues and you'll have an astondingly orginal truck, ready for a 100,000 miles of dependable service.

He has them from time to time. They are not easy to find. These were a "Take-off" item at the dealerships. As soon as a 521 was delivered, the bumperettes would be replaced by a step bumper, and added to the sticker price.  the bumperettes and brackets would go staight to the trash.

If only I had a time machine, I'd pick the trash of Sage's Universal City Datsun in 1971 and corner the market in bumperettes!
