Been a reader for quite some time now; have to say after all that has been said, and a little push from my wife, I am now a 08 Versa S owner. Not only that I was able to get the loss leader that they advertised in the paper; only 11900 before tax!! We also picked up an 08 Rogue that replaced and 05 Murano. Quite a change from driving a 95 Corolla.... Just excited, wanted to spread the news.

Also had a question about cold mornings...does your dash make creaking noise to interior warms up? And as side not is it normal for the ac to make an "interesting" noise for the first 5 seconds before the clutch engages?

You will find many creaking noises coming from the dash,I have found that the trim around the gauges has some issues.If you push it in and out on the left side in the middle you will see what i am talking about.But many pieces on the dash will creak,i have found the plastic by the small side window will do it as well,Ac has a little noise sometimes i have noticed,i have a auto but still does it.It will last maybe 5 seconds and gos away.It will do it sometimes only when i use the heat controls.

yes, we are a getting a noise from the dash, usually when going over a bump we hear a creak or something like that.

no weird sounds from the a/c, though.

I got some noises from the dash early on, but it seemed to settle in and now is quiet. Never any, though, from the A/C other than normal.

I never hear any noises coming from my dash and as for the AC, besides the "shooooooo" noise when you first turn it on...thats all I hear there.
