well u can adjust the stiffness and softness... and they also have different spring loads... but i dont think anything is as stiff as the TEIN HE's. but from what ive learn these are way better than the HE's better quality also.. but thats just my 2 cents.... i was going to get the HE/drift master..but once i saw these KTS i fell in looveee!

The Tein HE's run 8k front and 6k rear, same as the Megan's but if you have about 3k to spend you can go with Kei Office. They have a set that's 10k f and 10k r. Talk about rattle you fillings out!!

Well the rest of my links came in. Everything but a rear traction rod. All from SPL. I will install this weekend, and will hopefully be able to document it and give a run down on it.

wow. did he hit a pothole or what? Those arms look pretty beefy and Im sure that they are much stronger than stock. Did he talk to spl about it?

I dont plan on drifting soon, though Im sure I put it through some hell. Im have heard that SPL stand behinds their stuff and there is a 1 year warranty on most of it. Anyways I installed it all yesterday and today Im going to be adjusting hieght and spring load.

It is badly out of alignment, I tried to match lengths of the stock arms but with it as low as it is it way out of whack. Ill post some pics when I get the ride height right. Premliminary tour around the outskirts of the nieghborhood felt good, though mis-aligned. Like rails.

KTS/SPL's are awsome. two of my friends have them. I had the megan racing coilovers and will buy those again. my friend said he couldn't tell the difference between the two.

hey sil80S13, which part of so cal are you from? i don't know anybody with kts coilovers around here... i just wanted to know if i could get a ride just to feel them out. i'm deciding either to go with the apexi n1 pro's or the zeal function x's. i would totally go with kts off the bat but i'm almost getting these for dirt cheap, just a little over kts...

Coilovers like the KTS' are WAY better for drifting that a spring shock combo. But hit that search button. You'll find what you need.

if your not hardcore into drifting and don't really car about height adjustablity and want a comfort ride, then that shock/spring combo will work great wonders. Koni yellows are the ish but are a pain to adjust in the rear. That setup is great for beggining. Also try to find someone with coilovers and compare the two.

yea thanks for the help, i went ahead with the koni/springs, basically becasue they were cheaper and im on a buget but really i wasn't a hardcore drifter, and yea they are more for daliy driving then drifting.
