holy crap! thats all the damage and for 8k!!

you shoud cut your losses and sell it to me for that price most fo the aprts are gonne be dealer or junkyard if you can manage to find a z at a junkyard, but as cheap as you got it you can afford to buy a few parts

Easiest and best way to clean the headliner is with the Mr Clean magic eraser. Just make sure it is damp and the stains will come off no prob. Good Luck!

Great price. How many miles?

You've probably already done this, but if not it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to swap out all the fluids, given the previous owner's neglect.

Does look quite good.

Cloth or leather? If leather and some small holes are the only issue, the best thing might just to have them repaired. The dealers all have guys who come by and fix this sort of thing.

If that's not a possibility, maybe re-cover them in aftermarket leather?

watch ebay for someone selling used OE's , you might be able to order the OE upholstry from the dealer? or maybe the seats? 1200 seems like enough to buy new OE seats but I could be way off base

Hey, I was just perusing the forum (and I am relatively new here), but that was a great deal for $8k!

How many miles are on the Z? I recently purchased a 2004 Track Model from a NJ dealership with only 48,000 miles (what a bunch of a-holes I had to deal with) for $17,000! Personally, I think they mislisted this on eBay! After contacting my finance company, they told me this car should be selling closer to $20,000.

Good luck with your Z!!
