just picked up a 1994 Q45a need help with active suspension

Found this within 15 minutes from my house...its a 1994 Q45a it has a quarter size surface rust spot in the door frame of the drivers side passenger door area, interior is like new, the active suspension was a problem for the previous owner so it was parked in a garage in 1999 and I liberated it this past saturday. The car is in mint condition but the active suspension is dead...looking for information on some items found. On ebay someone is advertising a 95-96 Q45a ECM, new in the box and need to know if it is compatible with a 94 Q45a.
