i just put new tires/rims on my 2008 altima 2.5 SL. the stock wheels were 215/65/16 and the new wheels are 245/40/18. I did an online tire calculation and it was only a -1.7% difference. I was wondering, will going with bigger wheels do harm to my suspension and brakes?? I have read online that going with bigger wheels is not good for these things, and I really don't want to damage my car over time, so if someone could shed some light on this matter, it would be a big help! thank you!

I'm not too sure - there are others who have more experience with this --- but it would be great to see some shots of your ride :chuckle:
