Dark slate and all the options except the sunroof visor. Took about 5 days of negotiating with several dealers (mostly via email) to get the price this low. Upgrading from a 2002 RSX, which has been a great car but mostly I'm after all the tech features in the Altima.

Hopefully going to take delivery in November. Then I'll be looking for rim advice. I want to get some 18s or 19s for next summer. I'm thinking a gun metal finish would go well with the dark slate color. Any pics out there of something like that?

Btw, anyone know how well the stock tires do on snow/ice?

Congratulations! November isn't too far off.

As for the snow/ice on these tires no one has any first hand experience because the vehicle just came out over the summer. The stock Bridgestones will probably be decent considering this is a FWD. Did you get the VDC?

BTW, Welcome!

Thanks. Yeah, figured nobody really knew about how the car handles on on ice yet but thought I'd ask. I opted for the VDC, so hopefully that helps.

As for the waiting, i'll be on vacation in october, so the plan is to get my new toy soon after I return.

Tirewise is the Coupe set up any differently than the sedan which has been out for a year.

Congratulations! I'm hoping to take delivery of my A/C in mid Oct.

Great job getting such a nice deal on it too. I'm buying mine through a purchase program; it was a pain trying to find the car I wanted at a dealership that would honor the program for coupes. I finally did find a dealer, but now I have to wait 6+ more weeks for my ride.

Were you pitting the dealers against each other? F**king car dealers!

Thanks. This is actually the first brand new car I've bought and I think I played the game pretty well. I did pit all the area dealers against each other and that worked out really well. Originally I wasn't even thinking I would get a car now, since I had a year of warranty left on my current, so being clear with the dealers that I wasn't really that anxious to buy helped too.

Are we brothers? LOL

On saturday, I picked up my 3.5SE fully loaded, minus sunroof deflector, and in dark slate, and this is my first new car as well.

I guess we both just have good taste. You're liking it then? Any surprises so far? Good or bad.

Yes yes, good taste indeed :-)

Not trying to scare you, but i am currently having a problem listed in zerothread/277901 . Still waiting for the dealer to recieve the part.

Otherwise i LOVE this car!!!! I have 280 miles on it. I've been super easy on it (read: driving like grandma). and last night i started leaning in on it a little and playin around with manual mode. Its just one hell of a fun car!
