Two days ago, my car started making a clacking noise in the right front. Sounded to me like the CV joint came loose. So I took it into my class today to see if I could throw it up on the lift and check it out. My mom needed to go to work and use my car, so I decided to do it later at my old high school. She's driving away and she calls me saying that it got worth and that she was coming back and wanted it put on the lift. Right as she pulls into the driveway, the wheel comes off causing this:

Apparently, when I replaced my rear caliper and bled my brakes, I didn't tighten my wheels down enough, causing this to happen. I've learned my lesson. Tomorrow, I'm gonna get everything rebalanced and possibly an alignment.

PS - if anybody, preferably in the South Florida area, has a spare fender, please let me know. I'm in desperate need. I dun like the way this ish looks.

Yeah man, loose wheels causes a pretty distinct noise. It happens to all of us... we just don't wait til the wheel falls off haha.

Yeah. My problem was that I couldn't fully distinguish the noise. It didn't really sound like a wheel falling off. It was weird. I swear it sounded like my CV axle knocking against something, but I guess that was probably my sign. Bleh. Whatevs. I was gonna replace the fender anyway. Thing was all rusty and what not.
