Hey Gang,I just put in my Walboro Fuel Pump and noticed a whirring noise when car is running. Is this thing supposed to be this noisy? I put in the rubber insulator that was supplied. The noise is pretty loud...anyone else had this problem??

I've got a Walbro pump as well. I can hear it very clearly when I turn the key to the on position, but my engine and exhaust are louder when running.. so I don't hear it at all when idling or driving.

Well that sounds like the only fix I can think of as well.... guess it's time to start the motor and transmission swap... getting a little sick of looking at it in the garage .. now to just find the time. Thanks for the reply...
