Awesome man, Tein is the sh*t

Did you install them youself? I bet it's a good bit more sensitive than stock. What kinds of driving do you use the car for?

My girlfriends dad owns a mechanic shop, so he does everything for me for free

Yea it does feel more sensative, but its good sensative.

The car is used from grocery go getter to Drag strips to drift tracks.

Why would you even think of selling them???????? If you look closely at the stock tie rods, theyre practically made of paper (j/k) well you get the point they are a nice piece of cr@p. A couple of drifts and those tie rods will be bent like a banana.

Plus the turning ratio is increased and is adjustable not to mension the awesome bushing that tein provides you. Unless your starving and you need those $150, DO NOT SELL THEM, go install them. You will not be dissapointed.

I too have a set of Teins in my closet waiting for a free weekend. One of my tie rods now is bent/worn and my tire vibrates pretty bad. I can wiggle the tire while it is jacked up, so that can't be good. I can't wait to get them installed.

The tie rod (inner/outer) is what attatches your steering rack to your spindle. At the spindle end, there is a rubber bushing and a ball joint. Worn out inner rods can be bent or cracked, and the outer ends can have dry rot on the grease cover and the joint could have been ground to s*** years ago. Another thing to pick up when doing this is a set of steering rack boots. $17 each at Napa. These keep crap out of the steering rack and makes for smooth, long lasting steering. Also, the Tein tie rods are 33% stronger than stock for us S13 guys, but only like 10% for you S14 guys. Included in the set is a 10mm spacer washer. Install this, and you actually move the rods out further, effectively making them 10mm longer for greater steering angle. And for $150, you gotta love em! Had mine for about a year now and I am still shocked what the tie rods and ProjectSilvia pillow ball t/c rods did for steering feel! I need a set of Nismo stering rack bushings and a GTO steering spacer and I will be happy

I just got mine installed. It's tough to keep the alignment in reasonable check. I had serions tow-in, so made some adjustments. At least now I think I can drive to the shop to get it aligned properly.

Did you install them yourself? I cant seem to find a detailed install FAQ online.

I just used the FSM and this guide I found on how to change the tie rod boots. The original domain doesn't exist anymore (http://garage.project-raine.net/), so I'm hosting it for now unless some one knows the new URL.http://www.genejockeys.com/240/tierod_boots.pdfBy the way the new tie rods got rid of some of the vibration in the front end. It was not to difficult to do. The FSM is not really necessary.

Maybe your car's old bushings were in really good shape?

ditto, that and the tie rod end/inners would transmit more feedback through the wheel.
