I think I know what you were interested in seeing, was the amount of stand off of hood and reflector,It seems about 3/4 of a inch.

I got my hood deflector from the dealer. Since I have a white Versa, the deflector has some kind of brownish tint when in direct sunlight. Am I the only one who wanted a completely black deflector. Anyway, I painted it black so I don't have this problem anymore.

Yeah, mine also looks like a smoke effect which, over a dark color, looks black. But over my white car, it just looks brown That's why I painted it pitch black.

Well mine was black not the slight tinted brown color,I have seen the tinted brown color deflectors on other cars,I installed it my self and there was no brown tint off the car holding it up..They may of made to different shades and ship what ever they grab.
