just got my injen intake this morning, and im very pleased. this intake is about 10000 times better sounding than stillens. its deeper and has better throttle response off the line. the stillens pipe is better quality but doesnt mount to the 2.5 cvt. anyway i like it but they could have moved the MAF...

yeah i left mine on too.. its pretty close to blowing the air right at the intake so i thought "why not?"

im tryin to get something to mod it further to aim the air directly at the intake to get more outside air in then it getting the air from the engine bay but i havent had the chance yet

That doesn't look like an injen. It doesn't have the same pipe design or an injen badge.

Yeah thats an Injen.. if you look closely where the MAF sensor is you can see "Injen" logo engraved on it... it think the main badge is on the back side of the pipe

Could be, just seems like a massive difference to me.

That does seem very weird that they wouldn't badge up their intake product.

Nevertheless, congrats!

I just installed mine last week (On a 3.5 though) and had a problem with the vibra mount rubber shearing off of the screw. Did this happen to anyone else? I notified injen, but havent gotten anything back from them as of yet. [/threadhijack]

came in an injen box. the maf has been moved down instead of like at noon. thats why the badge has moved to the back of the pipe. oh well i love the sound.
