Just Installed a GT25R and have a problem. Need help ASAP!!

Ok, so i got the ssautochrome mani and dump pipe and a gt25r. got it all together and in and got the car started and there is a ticking or tapping noise coming from the exhaust side of the motor! There is absolutely no shaft play in the turbo at all. There is a slight bit of water dripping from the cooling line and i am getting ready to tighten that down but what would make a ticking noise? If i rev it up the ticking gets faster etc. Also i noticed a small coating of oil or lube or something on the new mani and dump pipe, would that take a while to burn off? Cause i am getting a little hint of smoke in there and a bit in the exhaust too! Thanks!

Is the louder under load? May be an exhaust leak. Sometimes the low-end exhaust piece flanges are not perfectly flat (in my experience). This will cause a bad leak. I used a grinder to straighten it out.

I think it is an exhaust leak, as i am stupid and didnt tighten down the manifold bolts in order. I completely ignored the fact that there is a order to tighten them in! I am gonna redo them today and see if that fixes the tapping from the exhaust. I was just scared that it was the turbo. Thanks
