Just imported my r34 sedan!!

Hey guys, finally won my 1998 r34 sedan at auction!
It the Gt turbo rb25 manual

Anyways the purpose that I bought this car is a beater, something to have fun in and now worry about the paint/dents and stuff, few drifts haha

The.vehicle is high mileage, comes with 150xxx km, although it's only had 1 owner and is 100% stock so hopefully wasnt beaten on too bad.

As soon as i get the car I want to do some decent maintenance for it to run optimally while it can.
Any suggestions what I should check /service at this mileage? I'm thinking check timing belt, check battery, replace water pump, replace Spark plugs, oil change, transmission and diff fluid

What else do you guys think I should inspect / replace??

After that im gonna have my fun with the motor (Not too too hard) till it dies and either swap in a low K rb25 or rebuild the current one (which one of these is better)

I'd replace the timing belt and pulleys (idler and tensioner) since you're going to replace the water pump.
