just got the the SR20 swap done! turbo cooling problem!!

just got my car done... I found out the shop did connet the coolant return lines from the turbine... they only put on oil return lines... can anyone tell me where does the coolant line goes to? or if anyone have the pic. for turbo oil and coolant return lines, plz post it!!!!I'm so scare of burning my turbo!! ><thanx a lot !!

First off, what motor, S13 red/black top or S14 black top, they have different locations for coolant hook up. Chances are they just plugged up the holes that are used for the coolant. If this is the case, you may have to get some aftermarket coolant lines.

it's a S13 red top, the fitting r still on the turbo with the hose cut and pluged I believe... I just need to know where does it go to from turbo to where?? is it ok to run my car without the coolant conneted?

Well, larger turbos don't have coolant lines... maybe just the cheap ones but they may be so big that they have proper cooling. Anyway, one line goes to the block, about where #2 cylinder is, the other from the heater line behind the engine between the firewall and the head. That one will be a PITA to get to if not impossible. It's got a little nipple that comes out from the bottom of the hard heater line and that goes into the turbo. Hope that helps.
