Just got the call...

From Nissan of Fife. My car will be coming in tomorrow.

I won't be able to pick it up until Saturday though since I'm working the rest of the week and won't have any way to get a ride down there. What should I look for when I take delivery?

I haven't sold my Corolla yet, but my parents are going to loan me some for the down payment. Anyone want to buy it?

take a really good look at the body for ANY damage or markings. It is usually best to take a person or two with you to do this as one set of eyes usually miss things. check all nooks and crannies, and especially check your spare tire area and make sure you recieved all the tools in your spare tire tool bag. Make sure there are no stains or anything on the seats or any upholstery, and take a quick peak under the hood. Congratz on the new car! Hope to see pics at delivery!

Max was the first '08 the dealership got. I had been looking at aftermarket rims, but I was actually surprised how nice the stock rims look on the Magnetic Gray. I think I'll be keeping them and spending the money in other areas instead.

Like new speakers and adding a sub. The sound is good for stock, but I'm already missing the aftermarket speakers and dual 12" woofers with 1200 watt amp in my Corolla. The Car Toys clearance tent sale is next weekend, so hopefully I can do something to fix that without having to replace the stock stereo and losing the Bluetooth and steering wheel controls.

good advice.

before purchase i found two deep scratches that they used touch up paint to repair and i got them to put it in the 'WE OWE' section of the contract that they would repair the damage.

bringing it in monday for them to repaint the entire trunk and rear quarter panel...
